Title: Pick-up/Delivery Driver

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for performing warehousing functions, including shipping, receiving, storage, and asset management of materials and equipment applicable to the contract. Activities include receiving materials -verifying items, count, and condition in accordance with the Purchase Order and other documented policies and procedures, reporting discrepancies and damage; recording receipts in the appropriate inventory database; placing in storage, delivering, and/or shipping expedited procurement requests; preparation of receiving tickets and/or tagging equipment or property as required; preparation of materials received to be forwarded to the end-user; removal of items from storage; preparation of materials and equipment for shipment by common carrier; and recording appropriate data in the asset management system.

Scope of Position: Works under close supervision. Does not lead and direct the work of others. A small degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must comply with all physical, data, and IT security, and health and safety policies and procedures.

Attributes /Skills: Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Relies on documented policies, processes and procedures to accomplish task objectives. Good written and verbal communications to immediate supervisor and peers within the organization on technical matters.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, move, push, pull up to 50 lbs or more with the assistance of warehouse equipment

Candidate must have the ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks, including MVR.  US citizenship is required in order to obtain security clearance.

Title: Help Desk Support Service Specialist

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support to end users.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Tracks and monitors incidents to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Resolves PC software configuration problems and may remotely install software products or approved patches.
  • Documents user’s problems through the use of an online problem management system including opening, updating, statusing and closing tickets.
  • Monitors ticket queue to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within specified metric requirements.

The Account Executiveis responsible for promoting and selling Information Technology outsourcing contracts, managed services, and technology within the assigned territory while building relationships, closing new business and ensuring retention with our Enterprise customers.

Job Duties:

  • Identify, propose and sell corporate IT solutions to existing and new customers
  • Initiate contacts for developing and closing new business.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop technology and outsourcing solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer and maximize results.
  • Attend industry/supplier events and training classes as offered or directed
  • Keep up to date on trends, industry, competitors, etc.
  • Lead search efforts for the sourcing and qualifying of talented candidates’ talent to fulfill client consulting and staffing requirements

Activities will include:

  • Quickly learning about EMCO and its value proposition in the context of new vertical markets / solution profiles, with an eye towards communicating business value in these new markets.
  • Utilizing this knowledge to research and drive traction within key strategic accounts
  • Collaborating on development of appropriate solution profiles uniquely suited to the partners that allow for scalable go to market activities
  • Networking within EMCO to uncover additional leads, partnership opportunities and lever points for gaining market traction with partners
  • Negotiating partnership and teaming agreements related to joint engagements and manage cross-functional partner enablement for presales and post-sales execution
  • Working with partner and EMCO sales on pipeline reviews to determine opportunities to work with partners on existing engagements and identify new solution profiles
  • Identifying and where appropriate attending trade shows, executive councils, and other opportunities to generate demand and partner access
  • Reaching out to influencers and thought leaders
  • Working to develop and further institutionalize partner sales throughout EMCO operations, including growing a team to address building momentum in partner / sales traction

Qualifications

  • Possesses in-depth, effective business development/sales experience
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background, DMV check and drug testing

Skills, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in communications, business, sales,  marketing and / or management
  • Minimum 2 years experience selling at the executive level
  • Fortune 500 Account Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp complex cross-functional concepts and reformulate them for presenting and influencing new audiences
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and intuition behind solution selling
  • Demonstrated success in developing revenue  within an entrepreneurial environment

Title: Network Technician

Network Technician
This position does not assume any supervisory responsibilities. Participates in maintenance activities on network-based equipment. Assists less technically qualified personnel in installing, upgrading and trouble-shooting equipment failures in the maintenance shop and at user(s) locations. A small degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must comply with all physical, data, and IT security, and health and safety policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that the network runs efficiently.
  • Responsible for adding programs, software and hardware per client’s needs.
  • Monitor network performances.
  • Solves any problems that arise in within the network such as crashing.
  • Develop and install data retrieval system these are the emergency systems.
  • Maintain the emergency systems.
  • Record problems that computer users face, and how best to solve the problem for other future references.
  • Control access to the network.
  • Install security programs to prevent unauthorized access to privileged data and information.
  • Updating security programs and frequent changing of passwords.
  • Customizes networks to meet client’s needs.
  • Responsible for server and desktop hardware and software (end user) support.
  •  Experience with computer and user account management networking skills a plus
